Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Med Spa Binder (“we”, “us”) collects through MedSpaBinder and why. We never ask for or store patient information.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address (you sign in with a code sent to it), your name and title, and your spa's name, state and opening hours.
- In the app: staff names, titles, roles and emails for people who sign in; credential details and scans; check logs and notes; and documents your spa uploads.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We receive your subscription status and billing email, never your card details.
- Email list and readiness check: email, spa name, state, number of locations, your role, and your readiness-check answers if you took the check.
- Site analytics: which pages are visited, the referring site, and the visitor's browser, device type and country, counted without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
- Security: a one-way salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
How we use it
To contact you about MedSpaBinder, run and secure the Service, and improve it. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Service, under contracts that limit them to processing data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, website security, and website analytics. Your records are stored in the United States.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or we stop onboarding founding spas. Product records follow our terms: read-only for 12 months after cancellation, then deleted. Backups are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing support@medspabinder.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
