Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MedSpaBinder (the “Service”), provided by Med Spa Binder(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

What the Service is

MedSpaBinder is a record-keeping tool for medical spas: daily and weekly safety logs, staff credential tracking, supervision documents and an exportable binder. It is not legal, medical or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee any inspection, audit or legal outcome. Requirements differ by state; you remain responsible for your compliance program and for the accuracy of what you record.

No patient information

The Service is not designed to store protected health information. You agree not to enter patient names, identifiers, treatment details or images of patients. If such information is found, we may delete it.

Your account

• You are responsible for everyone you give access to and for keeping login details secure.
• Records are append-only: entries can be corrected but not edited or deleted, so the history stays accurate.
• You must not misuse the Service, including recording information you know to be false.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per location, monthly or yearly, in advance. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record and handles applicable sales tax. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Payments are non-refundable; see our refund policy.

Your data

You own your records. You can export them at any time. If you cancel or stop paying, your account becomes read-only for 12 months so you can export, after which we delete it. See our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
